Video and Courses Important Explanation:

All the classes will be following a proper pedagogic and didactic progression of teaching and learning process based on a professional teaching program and it will be tailored to each group’s physical capability requirements and age.

The learning process doesn’t have anything to do with these demo videos, some of them are illustrative only and they may look too fast, powerful or advanced but any of these techniques weren’t made to de copied or replicated in any way and it isn’t meant for promoting violence in any way but only to demonstrate some possible street situations, controlled escape-response and the power that could be involve in some moves for people to be aware of what could be happen and the importance of self-control because any uncontrolled move could cause unexpected results.

Any technique learned should be taken with responsibility, discipline and respect to others all the time and they should be used only in the last case of self- defence.

AEROBIC Endurance Training Methods, Cardiovascular and Muscular exercises for Martial Arts.

My idea is to show you an easy and practical method that can be done in your home backyard using minimal equipment also these exercises are just the initial idea from where you could build up new ones.

Endurance:

Is the capability of sustaining prolonged stressful effort for a required period of time. For you to be successful in achieving this we require a great quality of stamina work, which involves two types of stamina: cardio vascular and muscular.

This type of work can be best achieved when training with resistance tailoring the group of muscles for the technique and sport requirements. The types of stamina training can be grouped in two ways Aerobic and Anaerobic.

In this video we will concentrate in Aerobic endurance, however more information about Anaerobic endurance can be found in my other videos.

Aerobic endurance:

During aerobic work (with oxygen), the body is working at a level that the demands for oxygen and fuel can be met by the body’s intake. The only wastes formed are H2O (water) and CO2 (carbon dioxide), which are removed through sweating and breathing.

As an average up to 65% of max heart rate we are training at aerobic levels, after that the anaerobic energy pathways start to operate but it also depends of the individual level of fitness...

Rock Breaking Punch Techniques and hand conditioning

Breaking while holding the Rock and without holding it.

IMPORTANT: This technique is for test only not for Self Defence use. It should be used ONLY as a TEST for speed, technique control, concentration and precision and it is strongly recommended for BLACK BELTS Adults ONLY. I would like to make people AWARE of the importance of taking self-defence very seriously with great SELF-CONTROL because the power the muscles can generate when the technique is well applied could be greater than we expect.

-This technique should not be tried on an opponent; its consequences could be uncomfortable and may exceed the force needed under the self-defence act. To be able to learn this type of technique the right way it is recommended to do it in a class and it should be for Black belts only.

Also to learn this skill correctly it could take up to several years, please be advised not to try it without proper training, also it’s recommended to try easier breaking objects before as it could lead to injury.
