1- SDF Street Defence Fitness: a very dynamic applied to street SELF DEFENCE and fitness training including: grabs escape, weapon defence from several offenders, evasion and street several defensive skills, how to fall and protect you without contact in a respectful and helpful class environment.

 

2- SIPALKI-DO (Shaolin Martial Art) the ancient 56 Martial Arts specialties grouped in the Shaolin Monk’s 18 unit techniques dating over 4300 yrs. from the Dynasty of Grand Master Soo Nam Yoo 10th. Dan World Federation President.

 

3- FST Free Style TAI-CHI: is a low intensity exercise therapy combining smooth meditation in movement without long forms memorization ideal for anyone, Including: breathing relaxation, balance coordination, soft walking, flexibility and concentration.

 

4- HPT High Performance Training (Self Defence or Fitness): this training can be tailored to individual requirements and the course could be planned as one off Martial Boot-camp or ongoing classes for any sport men/women complementing any individual or group fitness training.

SDF Street Defence Fitness

 

This program was made from a Physical Education and Martial Arts Self Defence prespective. 

The main objective is to provide a very dynamic self-defence and fitness training up to anyone, combining both things in an easy way without the traditional Martial Arts system, so it will be without uniform, static positions, grading system or forms.

 

The defence Includes: a fast street self defence system using all body parts including grabs, hands and legs counter-attacks, restrain escape, weapons  defence from several offenders, defensive skills without contact in a respectful and helpful class environment, it is a great training for anyone plus self defence learning at the same time.

 

The fitness training includes: aerobic and anaerobic endurance, strength and power, speed of reaction and movement, flexibility, agility, coordination in between other physical capabilities. 

HPT High Performance Training
 

The HPT is an advanced intensity level training that could be tailored to individual group requirements.

 

The aim is assisting them tailoring a specific physical capability requirement for a special event or to take your sport abilities to the next level, also the physical training could be combined with Martial Arts techniques in a way of Martial Boot Camp if required.

The fitness training includes: aerobic and anaerobic resistance, strength and power, speed of reaction and movement, flexibility, agility, coordination in between other physical capabilities, or could be concentrated on a specific capability more than others.

     Traditional Sipalki-do

The ancient 56 styles of Martial Arts grouped in the Shaolin Monk’s 18 units techniques dating over 4300 yrs. From the old Dynasty of Grand Master Soo Nam Yoo 10th. Degree, World Federation President and it was introduced into Oceania continent by Prof. M.Suarez.

FST Free Style Tai-Chi
 

The Free Style Tai-Chi is a low intensity Style combining smooth meditation in movement without long forms memorization ideal for anyone including people on a rehabilitation program of any age group.

Including: breathing relaxation, balance coordination, soft walking movements and concentration.
 

The Tai Chi scientifically proved benefits.

 

They are several positive effects of tai chi relative to health, fitness, balance and more however it depends of the type and duration of tai chi used what areas are targeted.

Based on one of the latest scientific researching and investigations there is confirm the followed benefit so far: Balance and fall prevention, strength and endurance, fear of falling and improvement in self confidence, aerobic capacity (cardio vascular system), walking capability, fibro myalgia, response to stress, flexibility, coordination, general mobility, mental health, musculoskeletal disorders improvement and more.

DEFINITION;

Learning Self Defence will provide the student a sense of helping and respect for others together with a skill for life gaining confidence and self-control.

Self Defence is a small component of Martial Arts it was developed with a strong philosophy of care. The main objective is to overcome the resistance with just reasonable force only when is required, however the strong sense of personal security obtained by knowing self defence will make a person calm until an assault situation giving him time to think and make the right decision.

The aim is to avoid any aggressive or provocative behavior and to learn to control force by applying the right technique with the right timing and minimum force.

It takes time and an open mind for a person to be able to learn how to canalize energy in a positive way so that they can benefit from it.

Self defence is for everyone, the idea is to gain the knowledge and skills to use it in the appropriate time for example only when life is threatened and there isn’t any other option but to defend yourself or others.

It is important to understand the main safety precautions required and the power this technique can develop and also the danger involved in any fight situation if it can’t be avoided.

Every class will be following a progression of learning and new techniques will be added along the time, apart from ongoing refreshing on self defence bases and a great and respectful class environment, every person could take their own time to learn and only do what they are capable of doing at the time.

Option 4: CASUAL Self Defence course for schools and College

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  

AIM: My aim is to cultivate genuine human values and to promote the correct application of Martial Arts as a useful life skill and as one way of preventing offensive reaction by gaining self-control and confidence being able to think appropriately when an unpredictable offensive situation arises channelizing intention through the right way only for self-defence.

PLAN: The technical program was made from a Physical Education and Self-defence perspective all the classes will be following a proper pedagogic and didactic progression of teaching and learning process based on a professional teaching program and it will be tailored to each group’s physical capability requirements and age.

 

OBJECTIVE: The main objective is to provide a very dynamic applied to street self-defence and fitness training including: endurance, power, speed, flexibility, agility and coordination, combining things in an easy way using all body parts including: how to fall and protect yourself, grabs escape, weapon defence from several offenders, evasion and defensive skills without contact, in a respectful and helpful class environment.

SELF DEFENCE FOR THE EDUCATION PROGRAM:

Here can be found a theory and video practical supporting material for teachers and students.

The supporting theory material for teachers includes: the areas of training, the outline of the course and objectives and the class plan and the student’s material includes: the Self Defence course information, general knowledge and rights and safety recommendations for them to read prior the course.

 

For the teachers running the Self Defence course as part of an education program, It is recommended to complement this THEORY material with the practical VIDEO to add some ideas to be able to plan the rest of the term.

This material will be of much better value to the student if they have participated in the initial and complete Self-defence course which it will be everything explained in detail.

Video and Courses Important Explanation:

All the classes will be following a proper pedagogic and didactic progression of teaching and learning process based on a professional teaching program and it will be tailored to each group’s physical capability requirements and age.

The learning process doesn’t have anything to do with these demo videos, some of them are illustrative only and they may look too fast, powerful or advanced but any of these techniques weren’t made to be copied or replicated in any way and it isn’t meant for promoting violence in any way but only to demonstrate some possible street situations, controlled escape-response and the power that could be involve in some moves for people to be aware of what could be happen and the importance of self-control because any uncontrolled move could cause unexpected results.

Any technique learned should be taken with responsibility, discipline, dedication and respect to others all the time and they should be used only in the last case of self- defence.
